Yes. You will need a monitor with either a DisplayPort or HDMI connector. (I found this out the hard way, and had to swap out my old VGA-only monitor for an HDMI monitor among the spares in my basement.) If you don't already have a DisplayPort or HDMI monitor, see if BestBuy will give you a discount if you buy such a monitor as a bundle with this Dell tower.

This doesn't have a VGA output, only HDMI or Displayport, but if you want to use your existing monitor you can buy an HDMI to VGA or Displayport to VGA dongle to use with your monitor. My sister did that with the HDMI and it works fine. Picture shows HDMI and Displayport (also audio out jack) on the 3020.
