• Yes you can. It has a PCIe x1 and PCIe x16 slot for extra cards. For graphics, you would likely use the PCIe x16 slot. Additionally, it will need to be 'low profile" so just ensure that the one you buy either comes Low Profile or is "Low Profile Ready", meaning it comes with a changeable bracket.
