Yes - we have a similar question. Although we are very happy with our Dell i3650, it too was listed as a 3.3 only to discover it has a 2.7 ghz speed processor. What's even more disappointing is the fact that less than a month after buying our i3650, 6th-generation 6400 - a newer, 7th generation (7400) went on sale at Best Buy, for the same sale price. Technology - whatever you buy today, is outdated tomorrow. Bottom line - the specs should have been more accurate. Although you may feel as if Best Buy has deceived you, remember sometimes it's due to the person who is placing the information on the store's website. For instance: I have problems with incorrect specs at a home improvement store's website all the time. I have learned my lesson the hard way - do not trust the specifications a store's website provides. Instead, go directly to the manufacturers website and look at their specs. In this case, I too trusted Best Buy's specs and didn't follow my own advice. Perhaps you should call Best Buy and see if they are willing to compensate you in some way. Best Buy has always fixed every problem, and/or complaint we have had with a product. During our 20 years as Best Buy customers, Best Buy has always gone the extra mile to make sure we are happy customers.
