“Is Microsoft Word Document and Excel included on the desktop? If not how much is it to install?”

• No it is not included. I've never come across a laptop with free Microsoft programs. It's very easy to install but I think its around $10-12 a month to get all the desktop apps. You can use a 5GB max web version that I believe is free. I get mine free through my university.
