You can't compare a cell phone battery with a laptop battery as they have different components and wattage. The screen brightness and size zaps the battery faster on a laptop, fan, video card, wi-fi card, bluetooth also takes a toll on the battery. Cellphones have no moving components and the screen is smaller which draws less power.
