“I read some reviews where they said the fingerprint entry stops working. What then? Do you just enter a pin or code or password? Also can you add two fingerprints? One for me, one for husband? Thanks”

Dell has not identified anyreported technical issues with the finger print reader on this laptop. Should you experience any such technical incident, please reach out to the Dell technical support team. They are available 24/7 on Facebook and Twitter. Yes, two fingerprints could be added to this system
