“While the laptop is off and charging, how do I know when the laptop is fully charged so that I may unplug it? I see an indicator light on while charging. Is that suppose to turn off eventually?”

The indicator light does not turn off while the laptop is fully charged. There is no indication technology to know the laptops charge status while it is off and charging.
