This laptop does not support internal HDD. To increase the storage, the SSD could be upgraded to 2 TB.

Biggest Regret I ever had and I am a little upset that Best Buy would have a machine this horrible in their selection Event time I turn this on now. This is the screen Bought this in late March of 2022 By May 6th 2022 Laptop is worthless now… I thought Best Buy had quality ideas , but it seem they no longer have standards. Probably should change the name from “Best Buy” to “It’s A Buy”. I thought about taking it back but if it was resold I’d feel gilt for allowing some to go through this nightmare…
