You could remove the hard drive from your old computer (if it's a desktop) then connect it to the new machine via a hard drive docking station(many available online or from big box stores), I used a Sabrent docking station that supports SSD too. easily connects via USB ports and can access files on old hard drive via file navigator. may be more complicated if your old hard drive is a laptop, but I believe there are USB connectors availble to port into the desktop tower.Also, some "kits" availble online or store for data transfer needs.
