A:AnswerI'm not sure, but I have a lot of Adobe programs installed (i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, XD, Premiere Rush, etc.). If I can run all these programs I'm pretty sure Gimp wouldn't be a problem.
A:AnswerYou should be able to carefully remove your current ATA drive from your existing computer, place that drive in an ATA USB Hard Drive enclosure. Connect the new enclosure to your current computer (it should be seen as external usb hard drive). You should be able to access your data files. You applications will have to be re-installed on the new computer. Lastly, I would not try to use the existing operating system or applications that may be on your older ATA drive.
