• I bought this for my father in law. He plays starcraft and streams YouTube on a second monitor all the time with no issue.

• Sort of, you can run both, but youll probably want to run fortnite at low settings, especially with only 8 gb of ram. I upgraded to 16 GB and i can run PUBG while streaming.
