“can you shrink the toolbars and make more picture screen? There is only about 8 inches of actual screen that you can use on this monitor. I have another 18 inch monitor and you can at least get an entire web page on it. You have to use the side slide bar in order to view the bottom of any page. I am terribly disappointed with this new monitor. I would have gone with another product had I have know that you couldn't see the whole picture. Can you shrink the toolbars or something to make more room? I can't afford to buy a new monitor and it is horrible using this one. Please help.”
