Hi, my refurbished Dell laptop came with windows, but not with microsoft office. I bought the office package thru groupon dot com (check it is a microsoft licensed dealer) under 20 bucks, but you have to go through many steps. Not for everyone, but for me it was worth the savings and depends on what your circumstances and office needs are. Good luck.
