A:Answer When reviewing a computer like this one that does NOT have Win Pro as the OS, there is no way to tell if it has BitLocker without having it physically in my presence. I will tell you this: 1. Without the Professional version, you can only encrypt the C-Drive; 2. You need to be signed into your computer with a Microsoft account--you cannot use a local account; 3. You can use a replacement program, like the open-source program, VeraCrypt, instead. The alternative is to upgrade to one of the Professional versions (starting at $100).
