• Yes, It can be disabled via Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > Right Click HID-compliant touch screen > Select Disable

Click on Human Interface Devices to expand and find HID-compliant touch screen. 3. Right-click and select Disable device. 4. Confirm your choice. To return to the touch-screen feature, follow steps 1-3, click 'Enable' for step 4, and then confirm your choice.
