Dell indicates 110V as well as the ability to handle 220V.

By default it is 110V but Dell also claims it's able to take 220V.

The voltage required for this monitor is 100 VAC to 240 VAC / 50 Hz or 60 Hz ± 3 Hz / 1.2 A (typical).
