“Does it have windows built in?”

• It is not an all-in-one computer and thus does not have any operating system built inside. It is a computer monitor. Has two HDMI inputs and a power input. It works great and is a beautiful screen. I use it my Lenovo laptop as a third monitor. I run Windows 10 Pro.

• No, this is just a stand alone monitor and not an All-in-one system. You will need a desktop or a laptop to use this has a complete system.
