“I'm looking for a 2and screen to add to my desk top would this be compatible with my Dell at home and is it hard to hook into the screen I have to have double screens”

i have a Dell laptop and installed 2 monitors with a J5 create (type C multi adapter) and they work great. i also bought a wireless keyboard and mouse so i close the laptop and it sits under the monitors.
