• I don't see why not. You have to have a console or tower as well though. This is just a screen.

• Yes, this monitor supports playing SIMS 4 and Roblox and download Steam and Orgin (required to play sims 4 and other steam games ). This monitor does not support connecting keyboard. The keyboard connectivity depends on the computer to which the monitor is connected.
