I currently have 2 desktops (1 DP and 1 HDMI) and game console (HDMI) plugged in. You can easily change the input if it goes to the wrong input using the buttons on the back right side.

This monitor comes with 2 x HDMI 2.0 ports with HDCP 2.2 and 1 x DisplayPort 1.2 port with HDCP 2.2, you can connect compatible systems to these ports of the monitor and select the input source you want to use from the input source menu in the monitor control settings.
