The best answer for that is yes. I bought it for the size and use of graphics software. The screen is crisp and text is easily read. I am not elderly, but my aging eyes at near 50 are showing some wear and tear :-) I use this for multiple tasks during the day and vary the zoom level, text is crisp enough to read and set back at an appropriate distance.
