Would this be a good monitor for editing photos? null

It depends if you are looking for a color accurate monitor. If you are looking for accuracy and wide color gamut, then this is not the monitor you are seeking. It only has 72% color gamut at RGB. It does not even have sRGB, which is the standard for the Web, much less Adobe RGB or ProPhoto RGB. I would not suggest this model for serious Photo Editing.
