According to Nvidia's site... https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-710/specifications Yes, your graphics card will be able to handle 2k video over an HDMI 2.0 cable. However, Nvidia does not say if it can handle HDR. I would suggest calling Nvidia directly for the fastest and most accurate answer. Best of luck!

It depends on the version of HDMI output equipped with your graphic card as well as the HDMI cable. Some low-quality cables can't handle 2K least the 4K videos. You should check the manual of the graphic card. If the card could support these resolutions then I guess it would work. Just to be clear, the maximum resolution of this monitor is only 2K.
