I've experienced this on my U2415 monitors. If connected by Display Port, try disabling or enabling DP 1.2 in the monitor's menu.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have had that issue when using a Dell laptop on a docking station. Typically we have had to flash firmware on the laptop and the dock. Still have the issue withh a few laptops but weirdly exact same models with same firmware some have issue and some don't. Swapping for other monitors has occasionally resolved the issue. Contact Dell if that is the case, they have even swapped motherboards to resolve the issue.
