• This laptop includes one M.2 slot for M.2 2230 or M.2 2280 solid-state drive. To upgrade the storage, you need to remove the existing storage installed and then add the upgraded storage. • Yes, it uses a standard 2280 NVmE drive. If you purchase a samsung drive like the 970 Evo Plus or 980 Pro, you can use Samsung Migration Assist to clone it before swapping. Super easy and reliable.
