Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like your coffee grinds are too fine and/or tamped too tight. The machine can't push the water through the coffee. Try lightening up a bit to coarser grinds and not such a hard tamp. Of course you will also have to keep the internal parts of the machine clean. Read your manual for cleaning and descaling info.
