“Hi, I'm wondering how/where the water is added to make the drip coffee? Does the reservoir pull up and out at the top? Where I want to put the machine has an upper cabinet that allows 18". Fine for the machine but will there be room to open the lid?”

Yes everything opens horizontally/slides out. In the back left is for the expresso and front right for the drip coffee. Nothing opens upwards.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The filter and water reservoir are on the right front side. It puts out so you need room on that side to clear the filter area. That is also where you add the water.
