QuestionI am having issues with the clock. When I plug it in, I am unable to set it to the current time. It worked for 2 months. Now it flashes. It started after I descaled the Drip side. I finally set it but after I unplugged it, again I had issues setting it .

- Answer I would recommend registering your product and submitting a claim. This is what happened to me and the entire machine eventually failed. Don't be like me and miss out on recovering the cost of this product.

QuestionWhy did my machine stop brewing coffee? It turns on, the hot plate gets hot but it doesn't brew the coffee or even make any of the sounds like it is brewing. How do I fix this??! Please help!

- Answer There is a black with white circle coffee on/off button in the black area. To the Left of the clock. The silver button is the Expresso On/Off. Make sure you put water on the coffee section. It is separate from the Expresso Water. Pull the front of the machine door open. Add water.

The All-In-One Combination Coffee is able to make coffee and espresso and you're able to use the steam wand to froth milk and treat yourself to authentic cappuccinos and lattes, Frappuccino's however, is not one of the drinks this unit offers. thank you.
