“How many ounces does one shot produce? And can a single shot produce 4 ounces of espresso?”

• Using the single shot for 4oz. would be pretty weak. We use the double size and make 4 oz. at a time which provides 2 oz. shots for 2 of us. And each measure needs to be tamped pretty firmly to get a nice strength brew.
