“I can’t get my coffee filter to lock in. Is there a specific way to do it? I and use it without this locked in and after spending that much money on it it’s not a great feeling. And the time for a return is over. 2 weeks is hardly time.”

Hello there! We are sorry to learn this is the case, but do not worry, in most cases we can solve this issue very easily. What we recommend is making sure the dose level of coffee is not over the limit line inside of the portafilter. If there is too much coffee it will be almost impossible to put the filter in from left to right, it should go in smoothly as possible.
