• You can set the deault to pretty much any size.

• Hello, Thank you for your question. The Magnifica Evo is programmed to deliver 1.35oz of espresso and 6oz of coffee; these quantities can always be adjusted in the menu settings of the unit. We hope this helps. Thank you.
