• The only con from the digital is that it is unable to play disc games and movies, but they are basically the same console. I have the disc version and works well, no complaints here. Its honestly the same thing

• If you mean between the disk version of the console or digital version of the console it doesn’t matter it’s all preference of his, they both have the same features, other then the digital version not having the blu-ray disk drive, but the performance is the same so either of the console should be fine.
