No, as there's no way to generate signal to the hearing aids without using the AVR's front panel headphone jack. This would disable the speakers when the jack is in use. I would recommend our S650H model instead as that model and up have a Bluetooth Transmit feature that should wirelessly output signal to your hearing aids while the speakers output at the same time.
