“i bought this last year took 3 hours by a tech to set up worked good but now we tried to get it going this year [in my work room ] cannot get any sound !! had the techy stop by and he cannot get any sound . I have it on stereo fm speakers all hooked up”

Please make sure the FM antenna is connected properly or you will get no reception. Also, I would test with another source that's not reception based to see if the unit is outputting anything. You can also test the amp channels from the Levels menu by outputting test tones. If you hear the test tones, then the amp section is working.
