A:AnswerI’m not sure why you would want to do that because it isn’t true surround sound. But when i was setting up my system I had the volume on the tv low and i was checking my speakers at the same time. So it will work. The receiver has a cool feature where it sends a sound test to all of the surround sound to customize it to where you primarily sit in the room. (It has a little microphone for this ). I recommend you do not use the tv sound. It will muddy the experience.
A:AnswerNot familiar with that equalizer product or how it hooks up. Assuming that it would take as input all of the receiver's powered surround sound channels it ought to but I don't believe there are any specific ports for such a devise other than the typical ones.
