“Bought the above AVR-S750 H Receiver just befor Christmas here in New Zealand it has replaced my aging Onkyo 509 I’m a little disappointed with it regarding music ( I watch u-tube and the Onkyo was better I’ve bought new kef speakers all 6 ohms”

Sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with the receiver. I recommend that you confirm the settings. If the front LT and RT Kef speakers are set to LARGE in the receiver's settings, set the bass to LFE + Main.
