How to hookup receiver without tv manually? null

You can do this, but it will be harder to do on the AVR's display and without the GUI (menu) on a TV screen. When the AVR is first powered on (for the first time) you must exit out of the Setup Assistant by pressing the BACK button on the remote, then scroll to Yes and then hit ENTER.
