• yes. its the newer chip so you dont have to worry about the hdmi 2.1 bug

• Yes this is 4k @ 120hz and 8k @ 60hz pass through.

• Yes it can on 3 inputs. I have my xbox series x working on it without issue. Dolby Vision gaming works too at 4k 120hz.
