• yes you can stream sirius FM through this receiver.

• The unit does process a WI-FI signal. I use WI-FI for mine and it works fine. I don’t know about Serius FM. I do connect Serius XM using the app on my iPhone and Bluetooth.

• This receiver connects through wifi or hard wire. It will also play your sirius xm content.
