This is likely a question better suited for Samsung. It could work if you use the AVR's Monitor Out 1 (ARC) for ARC transmission and then uses Monitor Out 2 for 4K/120 pass through to the TV. You would then have to switch inputs on the Samsung depending on what you want to do. The AVR would be set to Auto(Dual) for the HDMI Outs, so both would be active. I would certainly seek a second opinion from Samsung on this one, as their TV appears to be the device with the most questions hanging over it with what you are hoping to achieve.
