Are the control knobs metal? null

My previous AV receiver was a Denon 4308 which I bought in 2008. It was a high end AV receiver. I compared the knobs on it to the knobs on the 3700. The older model had a very positive feel and each "click" was solidly felt. This model the "click" is more difficult to detect. All in all I believe the knobs on the 3700 are plastic.
