• It's not the computer, but rather the operating system. Check Canon's website to see if your printer is compatible with Windows 10. I have an MP510 (several years old) and it works fine.

• It will work if you have the driver for Window 10 or 7. Try manufacturer website.

• This desktop will work with the Canon printer. If it doesn't work upon plugging in, new drivers may be needed.
