Yes, there is a fee associated with data transfer. The agent/tech has to ensure that all data files are identified, checked for malware and property transferred to the new machine. The cost is really an investment in ensuring that the process will be handled professionally and in a timely manner so that you can be fully operational on your new pc. Worth the cost!

Please try again later.The quickest way to do this is to create a windows Workgroup, connect both computers to your router and then join both computers to the Windows Workgroup. You then should be able to see and transfer all your data from your old system to your new system...just did this from an older Windows 7 system to this computer with Windows 10. Worked quick and flawless.
