Just call Geek Squad !! I always get the yearly contract !! This year I got Total Support contract !! Installed new computer, Samsung TV/Monitor & wireless mouse !! Also moved recently & updated to a HD Sony TV !! Geek Squad took care of all setups !! Well worth price of yearly contract !! Had multiple visits !! Spend the $199 for year support !!
