There's nothing more abhorrent than long hold times. They make me crazy too. If you haven't already done so, for support with this, please call us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778. They should be able to help you set up your appointment. You should also meet with success by visiting a store to schedule your on-site setup.
