The sensors should arrive in a week, i has the same problem with my first one, each prescription allows you to purchase 3 sensors every month for 12 months, so you need to wait 30 days to order new ones. Try to put into thick skin to avoid problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dexcom is speedy to replace the failed sensors. Keep records of duration for the sensors. Rather then asking for total number of sensors, add days of shorter performance and ask replacement for those days. That why it is important to be on 90 days rather then 30.
