do i get early beta access for pre-ordering? null

It says in the description: “Pre-order and receive: Early Access to the Open Beta, starting March 17* and Light Bearer Mount in Diablo IV” So, seemingly yes. I haven’t received my code yet, as of March 10, though. Hopefully I will get it by the 17th.

afaik you only gets codes for digital pre-orders. Best Buy isn't going to have any codes but neither is Amazon or another physical retailer

Doubt it, for CoD MW2 it actually said on the page wether you got access for beta. Dont see anywhere saying that for this game.
