• No this game does not require PS Plus to play but it needs to be connected to the internet in order to play

• Don't think you need a PS Plus subscription, but you cannot play offline or pause the game. It is a MMO WOW lite. If you want to play alone, you are out of luck. I learned the hard way. Take care!
