“unit turns off and on by it self. wont stop what to do”

Charge the battery. When it shows 100 %, turn it on. If the battery show a charge percentage above a few percent, and it continues to turn off by itself, ask for a replacement or repair. If it turns on by itself, and off by itself, the button is stuck. Unstick it.
