• Not an answer to your problem but a warning to others! Nobody answers the Digiland support phone number. Web address is bogus. So... think twice. This brand has well documented issues as far as not charging or turning on. Best buy wants you to spend your time bringing in the product to determine what needs to happen. My time is precious. I order online for a reason. Dont buy this from here. Use another huge online retailer that has better policies on cheap items like this
